Kenneth Henry has spent twenty-seven years in public education in various leadership positions. After starting his career as an alternative school teacher, he enjoyed roles as a school social worker, juvenile probation program coordinator, special education teacher, and behavior interventionist. He then moved into school administration, working as an assistant principal, principal, district discipline director, and now as an assistant superintendent. Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lamar University and his Master of Education from Concordia University. He also participated in the Harvard Leadership Program and the American Association of School Administrators’ Aspiring Superintendent Academy.
With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in education, Candace is renowned for her expertise in behavioral leadership and discipline policy. Having served as a secondary teacher, assistant principal, high school associate principal, and district K-12 discipline director, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to cultivating positive, structured, and consistent school environments across all levels of education. Candace’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that a safe, respectful, and well-disciplined environment is essential for academic success and personal growth. Through innovative programming, firm discipline policy, and quality training, Candace promoted cultures of mutual respect and accountability among students and staff.
